Anna and all her guests

Thanks to Fran, everyone has been able to see Anna from the day she was born. Joe, Anna, and I were able to come home today and we are so thankful. God has blessed us with a healthy baby girl! Anna is our special gift from God and we feel truly blessed to be her parents. Motherhood is absolutely wonderful. Words cannot describe how much fun and challenging the last two days have been. We are also thankful for our wonderful nurses and Dr. Vick at St. Mary's. Our nurse on Thursday (Pam) during my labor was awesome and she helped the day go very smoothly. Anna is doing great and is happy to be home. Yesterday she lost some weight during the day because she wanted to sleep more than eat. Last night though, she really caught on to nursing and gained all her weight back. The pediatrician said she looked great this morning and gave us the OK to go home earlier than we expected.
