Swing Set and Zoo

Poppy and Daddy built Anna a swing set last weekend. Anna has had so much fun swinging and going down the slide. She even swings in the big girl swing!

Anna helped Mommy make cookies the other day and she got to eat them upstairs on her tray. She thought it was cool because she never gets to eat upstairs!

Catch Up

Ella weighed 15 lbs. 3 oz. at her 4 month check-up last Wednesday. She was 4 1/2 months old then. She was 24 1/2 inches long. Dr. Kimble said everything looked great with her and that we could start cereal.

We went to New Harvest park last Saturday morning. We let Ella nap for an hour at home, then we headed to the park. She was a little fussy when we got there, so I strolled her around the walking track. She went back to sleep, so I just kept strolling. We did 7 laps (I was tired), but she kept sleeping. Anna and Daddy played hard while we were walking. Anna loves all the slides now!

What a fun weekend of cheering on the CATS! Anna even likes watching basketball with Daddy and cheering on the CATS. I think the main reason she likes watching basketball is because she and Daddy eat popcorn during the game.

I worked in Anna's class during church today. As you can see, we were pretty busy.

Playdate

Anna and Ella went to Jack, Jacob, and Joshua's house Tuesday while I went to the doctor. The big kids played outside from 9 til 1. At 12:45, Anna said, "Mommy, I need a nap!" She almost fell asleep on our 3 minute drive home. They had so much fun painting, playing baseball, and lots of other things. Thanks for watching my girls Fran!
