15 months old

Anna was 15 months old on Friday. Wow, does time fly. We go for her 15 month well visit tomorrow. We are also going to ask them about allergies, because we think Anna might take after Daddy. I hope not, but that might be the case. Anna is still not walking, but I have to think it will be soon. She will finally stand alone in the middle of the room for a long time. When we try to get her to walk, she either sits down or says "no". I guess I should be thankful she is not walking yet, since I am still not feeling that great from the pregnancy.

Fran thought it would be cool to sponge roll Anna's hair. Here was the process.

I did most of them in the bath (I think that is where I went wrong), then I finshed the back when she got out.

No clue there was something in her hair.

The finished product...I think I did something wrong. Help Grammy Angie!

Zoo and Park

OK, I just imported 96 pics onto my computer. As you can see I am a little behind on my blogging. I will catch up eventually. I am usually taking a nap when Anna does these days, so I don't get much accomplished around the house or on the computer. Last Wednesday, Anna and I went to the zoo with the McKeehans. Nana and Poppy bought us a zoo pass. Anna absolutely LOVED the zoo this time. We went last summer when she was about 6 months old, but this time was much more fun.

We met the Thompsons' at New Harvest Park last Thursday. Faithy was a great helper with Anna.

Happy Birthday Nana!

What a great day to celebrate Nana's birthday! Nana and Poppy came to visit Sunday -today for Nana's birthday. We went to Calhoun's to celebrate today. Thanks to Nana for all her help around the house this week. I have definitely hit the sickness phase of this pregnancy. Please pray that I can make it through this rough time. It is really hard to take care of Anna when I feel like I have been feeling.

Chris came over to visit last night. Anna was bashful at first. Mom and I went through Anna's closet yesterday. This is a new hat. Anna does not like to take it off.

We had to take Anna to Children's last week to check her iron. They were so nice there.

Have You Heard?...

Anna is going to be a BIG SISTER!!!

We found out a couple of weeks ago that we are expecting our second child November 6.
We are thrilled about the news and excited about the new addition to our family. Please pray that I do not get as sick as I was with Anna and that the kidney stone that I have does not act up while I am pregnant. So far, I am not really sick, just a little nauseous in the morning, but I am very tired. I try to take naps while Anna does.
