Turning Over

Last night Joe and I got to see Anna turn over. It was so fun to watch her. She had just woke up from her nap and she was on her belly. She started to get mad and would raise her head and legs up. Then she got on her side and eventually rolled over. I was so glad we got to see it this time. She did it today during her nap. She didn't wake up this time. Here are some pictures of the event.

3 Months

Anna is 3 months old today. The last three months have just flown by. Anna is changing and growing every day. Today Fran called me while she was keeping Anna and told me that Anna had turned over during her nap! She rolled from her stomach to her back. At first I was sad because I had missed it, but then I realized that I probably would have missed it anyway because it happened during her nap. Anna's personality is really changing too. She laughs and talks to us all the time now.

Visit with Friends

My friend Emily, her new baby Elizabeth, Lisa, and Amy came over to my mom's last week. It was great getting to see them. Anna and Elizabeth are 4 weeks apart. They took turns sleeping during our visit the other day. Sarah and her fiance also came to visit Friday. It was great getting to meet him. Dawn and Daniel came over for dinner and cards. We loved the new card game.

Annie's Shower and Whitley Egg Hunt

We went to Abbie's this weekend for a baby shower for Annie. Annie is having a baby girl (Addison) in the middle of May. Anna can't wait to meet her new cousin. Anna got to meet her cousins Emma, Jack, and Tristan. We had so much fun seeing everyone in Joe's family. Anna didn't really participate in the egg hunt. We stayed outside for about 30 seconds and decided it was too cold. Next year, I am sure she will be out there hunting eggs, along with Addison.

Anna was happy to see her grandma again. It had been too long.

This was Anna's first time to meet Aunt Annie and Uncle Ashley. We were glad to finally see her cute belly.

Happy Easter!

We had a great Easter this year! Anna got to see alot of her family this weekend. We had fun seeing my family and Joe's family yesterday! We hope everyone had a great Easter. We missed Chilhowee Hills today, but it was nice getting to go to church with Nana and Poppy.

This morning we traveled to Nana and Poppy's for the Easter weekend. Daddy will meet us Saturday after he gets off work. We went to Ma's today for a great lunch. Anna had fun playing with Ma. Then we cheered on the CATS even though they lost. We also visited Tia, Ellery, Lexey, and Calla. It was great to see Ellery for the first time.
