Anna was 15 months old on Friday. Wow, does time fly. We go for her 15 month well visit tomorrow. We are also going to ask them about allergies, because we think Anna might take after Daddy. I hope not, but that might be the case. Anna is still not walking, but I have to think it will be soon. She will finally stand alone in the middle of the room for a long time. When we try to get her to walk, she either sits down or says "no". I guess I should be thankful she is not walking yet, since I am still not feeling that great from the pregnancy.
Fran thought it would be cool to sponge roll Anna's hair. Here was the process.
I did most of them in the bath (I think that is where I went wrong), then I finshed the back when she got out.
No clue there was something in her hair.
The finished product...I think I did something wrong. Help Grammy Angie!
Crazy hair...
Not quite sure about this look.
It looked a little better when I pulled it up.

I am in love with the sponge curlers in the hair. SO precious! I have to know what your tank top says...I got, "pregnancy is the new..."
I think the curler pics are super cute too! I can't wait to see Grammy Angie work her magic and teach us a few things too! :) email me a few pics from the party when you get a chance!!
Her hair looked so cute when the top was pulled up. I'm anxious to see Grammie Angie's comments as Katie's hair is definitely long enough to try that. My mom used to sponge roll my hair every Saturday night for church on Sunday! Except I had to sleep in the curlers. Yikes!
Anna took a nap in them that day. They all stayed in but one. She slept fine. I don't think she realized they were in.
Elisa, my shirt said "Pregnancy is the new skinny!" I am not really showing, but I want people to know I am pregnant.
How funny!!! LOVE it!
Some sponge curler tips: Put them in when her hair is dry; get a hair net to put over them at bedtime, it will help them to stay in; I always put Kennedys in at night so they would be in longer which made the curl last longer; Do NOT use a comb or brush, only your fingers; if a curl is a little crazy simply pull it out with your finger and then wrap it around your finger and slide off. Hopefully this will help! Congrats on your pregnancy...
